Fiery VUE does not appear in the Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Ribbon

Fiery VUE can be accessed from the Fiery tab within Microsoft Office applications, from the ribbon.

If the Fiery tab is not present in the ribbon, the VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime) library may be corrupted. Corruption can be due to a hard disk failure, or incorrect computer shutdown. If the VSTO library is corrupted, the Microsoft Office ribbon fails to load, and Fiery VUE is not available.

If this situation occurs, perform the following corrective actions.

Use the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel to uninstall VSTO.
Re-install VSTO using either the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel or re-install Fiery VUE, which installs VSTO (if needed).
VSTO Runtime library can be obtained free of charge from the Microsoft website (http://www.microsoft.com).
