Fiery VUE is disabled in Microsoft Office applications from the toolbar (Office 2003) or ribbon (Office 2007/2010/2013)
If the Fiery VUE plug-in becomes disabled in Microsoft Office applications, use the RibbonEnable utility to re-enable it. The Fiery VUE plug-in can become disabled when you upgrade Microsoft Office.
If this situation
occurs, perform one of the following corrective actions:
Go the Fiery VUE folder and double-click RibbonEnable.
The Fiery VUE application folder is located at C:\Program Files\Fiery\VUE.
Use the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel to uninstall Fiery VUE, and then re-install it after you upgrade Microsoft Office.
