Submit multi-part jobs in a folder
Certain file formats (CT/LW or DCS 2.0, for example) consist of multiple files, some of which are not visible and which contain header and other information. A multi-part job requires all these files when you submit the job.
Note: We recommend that you set the time interval to
check for jobs to 10 seconds or more to ensure that all files are in place before processing begins
(see Advanced Settings under Create
a new Hot Folder).
When using a Hot Folder
to process multi-part jobs, submit all of the files for the job
within a folder to ensure that all required files are processed together.
