Permanently remove an inactive device from EFI IQ.

1. In EFI IQ, click to access the Admin console.
2. Click Devices.
3. Select the Inactive tab.
4. Click the more options () icon next to the device you want to remove.
5. Select Remove.
   Note: If you remove a device permanently, you must contact the EFI IQ support team to onboard the device again.
6. Click Yes.
7. Click Ok.
