You can create server presets from a step and repeat template, and also publish the preset as a virtual printer.

1. Click Server > Device Center > Workflows > Job Presets.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a descriptive name for the preset. Spaces are not allowed in preset names.
4. Enter a description for the preset (optional).
5. Click Define to specify the job properties.
6. In Job Properties, open the Layout tab.
7. Select a template from the Job Editor Template menu. You can also click Create Template, which opens Template Manager. After creating and saving a template in Template Manager, you can then select that template from the Job Editor Template menu in the Layout tab.
8. Click OK, then click Save.
   Note: To create a virtual printer from the preset, select the preset and click Publish as Virtual Printer.
