Drag and drop file management

Move files around with drag and drop functionality.

You can drag and drop files into a number of different regions. This functionality gives you the ability to move files from a computer to Command WorkStation. This is an ease-of-use feature for file management and job workflow.

The following areas support drag and drop from your computer to Command WorkStation:
  • Held queue (when in focus in the main window)
  • Processing queue (when in focus in the main window)
  • Held queue of any connected Fiery servers in the Servers list
  • Processing pane at the top of Job Center
The following areas support drag and drop within Command WorkStation:
  • Held queue
  • Processing queue
  • Archive Manager
  • Archived queue
  • Between servers in the Servers list using the Send To command (Actions > Send To)
    Note: You must be logged on to two Fiery servers.
  • Processing pane at the top of Job Center
