Manage pages in Fiery ImageViewer

You can manage pages within documents and among different documents in Fiery ImageViewer.

The Thumbnails pane in Fiery ImageViewer displays a thumbnail view of each sheet surface in a job. You can use the Thumbnails pane to manage pages in a job.

Reorder document pages

You can drag-and-drop page thumbnails in the Thumbnails pane to reorder the pages of a document in Fiery ImageViewer.

  1. To select the pages to move in a document, do one of the following:
    • Click on a page thumbnail to select a single page.

    • Shift-click to select multiple pages.

    • Ctrl-click (Windows) or cmd-click (macOS) to select individual pages.

    • Press ctrl+A (Windows) or cmd+A (macOS) to select all pages.

  2. Drag the page thumbnails to their new location in the Thumbnails pane.
    Note: Reorder document pages is not supported in Fiery ImageViewer for variable data jobs.

Delete pages

You can use the Thumbnails pane to delete pages of a document in Fiery ImageViewer.

  1. To select the pages to delete in a document, do one of the following:
    • Click on a page thumbnail to select a single page.

    • Shift-click to select multiple pages.

    • Ctrl-click (Windows) or cmd-click (macOS) to select individual pages.

    • Press ctrl+A (Windows) or cmd+A (macOS) to select all pages.

  2. To delete the selected pages, do one of the following:
    • Right-click the selected page thumbnails and select Delete.

    • Press the Delete key.

    • Click Edit > Delete.

    • Click the Delete icon () in the toolbar.

    Note: Delete pages is not supported in Fiery ImageViewer for variable data jobs.

Duplicate pages

You can use the Thumbnails pane to duplicate pages of a document in Fiery ImageViewer.

  1. To select the pages to duplicate in a document, do one of the following:
    • Click on a page thumbnail to select a single page.

    • Shift-click to select multiple pages.

    • Ctrl-click (Windows) or cmd-click (macOS) to select individual pages.

    • Press ctrl+A (Windows) or cmd+A (macOS) to select all pages.

  2. To duplicate the selected pages, do one of the following:
    • Right-click the selected page thumbnails and select Duplicate.

    • Click Edit > Duplicate.

    • Click the Duplicate pages icon () in the toolbar.

    Note: Duplicate pages is not supported in Fiery ImageViewer for variable data jobs.

Move pages between documents

You can use the Thumbnails pane to move pages between documents in Fiery ImageViewer.

  1. Open two documents in Fiery ImageViewer.
    Note: Both documents must use the same color space to move pages between documents using Fiery ImageViewer.
  2. To select the pages to move from one document, do one of the following:
    • Click on a page thumbnail to select a single page.

    • Shift-click to select multiple pages.

    • Ctrl-click (Windows) or cmd-click (macOS) to select individual pages.

    • Press ctrl+A (Windows) or cmd+A (macOS) to select all pages.

  3. Drag the selected pages from one Thumbnails pane to the other Fiery ImageViewer Thumbnails pane.
    Note: Move pages between documents is not supported in Fiery ImageViewer for variable data jobs.
