Open Template Manager

In Template Manager, you can create and manage any template before applying it to an individual job.

Do one of the following to open Template Manager:

In Job Center, click the More (three dots) icon and select Set Defaults. In the Layout tab, click Create Template.
In Device Center, select Job Presets. Click New or select an existing preset, and then click Edit. Click Define in the Job Preset Settings dialog box. In the Layout tab, click Create Template.
In Device Center, select Virtual Printers. Click New or select an existing virtual printer, and then click Edit. Select Define in the Job Properties list. In the Layout tab, click Create Template.
In Fiery Hot Folders, click New or select an existing Hot Folder, and then click Edit. Select Define in the Job Properties list. In the Layout tab, click Create Template.

A placeholder job opens in the Template Manager window.
