Export Current View

In any of the views in Command WorkStation, you can export the current job list view as a text file. This text file contains all the information displayed onscreen, including the contents of columns added to that view from the usual queues Printed, Held, etc.), as well as from custom views that you create by filtering.

Create the view by adding columns, removing columns, and filtering jobs.

Select File > Export Current View.
Select the format of the text file.
