Search for jobs
Search for and locate jobs on a connected Fiery server using search parameters, such as job title, user or date.
The Search function allows you to quickly locate jobs on the currently selected Fiery server. It is part of the Job Center tool bar and applies to the jobs in the current view. Search for jobs in the Held, Printed, Archived, Processing, Printing, or All Jobs queues.

Simple job search - To do a basic search of the content for all the columns in the current view, even if the columns are not visible on screen (because of the scroll bar), use the Search field. For example, if you type “Letter,” you can find jobs that have the word “Letter” in the job title, and also jobs that have “Letter” as part of the media name in the Output paper size column.

Advanced job search - To search by multiple criteria (columns) simultaneously, click the arrow next to the filters above the column headers, and specify the search criteria.
Simple job search
You can use the Search field in any view to find jobs. When you switch from one view to another, the previous search criteria are cleared.
Search across all Fiery servers
You can locate jobs by searching across all connected Fiery servers in Command WorkStation.
To search across all Fiery servers, Command WorkStation must be connected to more than one Fiery server.
Search all Fiery servers selected from a simple search location in Command WorkStation Job Center.
When you use the Search all Fiery servers feature, you can also see all jobs submitted by a particular user to all servers.
After you have executed a search, you can clear the current search criteria by clicking the Clear link. This allows you to search by different criteria across all connected Fiery servers.
Advanced job search
You can use the Advanced Search function to search by multiple criteria (columns) simultaneously in the current view.
