Optional features are displayed only if they are supported by the connected Fiery server.

Apply JobExpert (option)

Applies recommended job property settings for individual PDF jobs. For more information, see Fiery JobExpert Help.

Apply Workflow

Displays a list of server presets and virtual printers which can be applied to the selected job.

Archive

Archives a selected job.

Clear JobExpert (option)

Removes recommended job property settings set by JobExpert from the selected job. For more information, see Fiery JobExpert Help.

Copy To

Copies a job to the queue of another Fiery server. The destination Fiery server must be connected to Command WorkStation. Otherwise, the Fiery server is not displayed in the list.

Delete

Deletes a selected job.

Duplicate

Creates a copy of the selected job.

ImageViewer

Opens ImageViewer (if supported) displaying the first page of a single job (displays the first selected job if multiple jobs are selected). For more information, see Fiery ImageViewer.

Move To

If your Fiery server has Fiery system software version FS350 or later, you can move a job to another Fiery server. The destination Fiery server must be connected to Command WorkStation and can have any supported version of system software. The destination Fiery server must be connected to Command WorkStation. Otherwise, the Fiery server is not displayed in the list.

Preflight

Opens the Preflight Settings dialog box with a single selected job displayed (displays the first selected job if multiple jobs are selected) and checks most the common areas of output error to ensure that files print successfully. For more information, see Preflight.

Preflight Pro

Displays the list of presets that can be applied to the selected PDF or PDF/VT jobs. This option is available only for PDF or PDF/VT jobs on Windows-based Fiery servers with Fiery system software FS500/FS500 Pro and later. Preflight Pro requires the Fiery Graphic Arts Pro Package. For more information, see Fiery Preflight Pro.

Preview

Opens the Preview dialog box, where you can view images of pages in the job.

Process and Hold

Sends a selected job from the Held, Printed, or Archived lists to the Processing queue.

Properties

Opens the Job Properties window, which displays information such as print settings about a selected job. If multiple jobs are selected, properties that are not shared by the selected jobs are blank.

Remove Raster

Removes the raster of a selected job from the Held or Archived lists.

Rename

Renames a selected job.

Send to Printing Queue

Sends a selected job to the press for printing.

Note: Send to Printing Queue may not be supported for all Fiery servers.

Send to Ready to Print

Allows you to send the job to the press for printing.

Note: Send to Ready to Print may not be supported for all Fiery servers.

View JobExpert Report (option)

Opens a JobExpert report. The reports are available only for jobs with Fiery JobExpert applied. For more information, see Fiery JobExpert Help.

View Preflight Report

Opens a Preflight report. The reports are available only for preflighted jobs. For more information, see Preflight.

The Fiery Preflight Pro report is available only for preflighted PDF or PDF/VT jobs on Windows-based Fiery servers with Fiery system software FS500 Pro and later.
