Spot Pro Preferences
You can set preferences for Spot Pro.
- To open the Spot Pro Preferences window, click the Preferences toolbar icon.
- Specify the ∆E tolerance.

Specify ∆E format.
- dE 2000 - A variant of CIELAB that CIE recommended in 2000. This method uses KL = KC = KH = 1.0.
- dE CIE76 – A distance based formula for color difference, defined by CIE (International Commission on Illumination) in 1976.
- dE CMC - The ratio of differences in lightness to chroma and to hue calculated using the ISO standard ISO 105-J03. Values for lightness and chroma weights are 1.0 for use with perceptibility data.
- dE 94 - A variant of CIELAB that CIE TC1-29 recommends as the color difference formula. For graphic arts applications, this method uses K1 = 0.045 and K2 = 0.015.
- Click Factory Default to use the default preference settings.
