Die Cutting Tool properties
The Die Cutting Tool properties appear when you add a new die cutting tool or create a variation of an existing die cutting tool. You can also perform an advanced search using some of the properties.
Note: If a property field is grayed out, you
cannot make changes.
Element | Description |

1-up Die | The single die line shape. The die cutting tool database supports .pdf, .cf2, .dd3, and .dxf file formats. |
Multi-up Die | Multiple die line shapes in a layout. The die cutting tool database supports .pdf, .cf2, .dd3, and .dxf file formats. |
Allowed Bleed Intrusion | Opens the Bleed Intrusion Window where you can specify the bleed overlap. |
Die Cutter Tool Type | The type of die cutting tool.

Anchor to Sheet | The starting position of the die cutting tool on the sheet. Choose from the following options:
You can also use the adjacent grid to define the starting position on the sheet. |
Anchor Horizontal Offset | The distance from the anchor point on the sheet along the X axis. |
Anchor Vertical Offset | The distance from the anchor point on the sheet along the Y axis. |
Number Up | The number of die lines cut per sheet. |
Number Across | Number of die lines cut along the sheet on the X axis. |
Number Along | Number of die lines cut along the sheet on the Y axis. |
Streams | Columns designated to repeatedly print a single product using roll fed equipment. Specify the number of streams for a multi-up die. |
Streams Number Across | Number of die line items in each stream along the X axis. |
Manufacturer | The manufacturer of the die cutting tool. |
Model Name | The model name of the die cutting tool. |
Model Number | The model number of the die cutting tool. |
Serial Number | The serial number of the die cutting tool. |
