An Administrator creates Substrate Catalog entries that describe all the substrates available for use with the press. Administrators can access setup options for Substrate Catalog to customize it for specific print shop scenarios.

1. Log into the desired Fiery server as Administrator. Enter the Administrator password if one has been set.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Substrate Catalog icon in the Job Center toolbar. If the Substrate Catalog icon is not displayed, do the following:
     • In the Job Center toolbar, right-click the toolbar, and either click Standard Set or click Customize and add Substrate Catalog to the Selected Tools list.
       Note: In the Customize Toolbar window, you can also click Standard Set to add Substrate Catalog to the Selected Tools list.
     • If the Substrate Catalog icon is hidden from view in the Job Center toolbar, either enlarge the window or alternatively, click the More icon (three vertical dots), then click Substrate Catalog.
   • Click Substrate Catalog in the Server menu.
   • Right-click the Fiery server in the Servers list and select Substrate Catalog.
   • Right-click the Fiery server in the Servers list and select Device Center. In Device Center, click the Resources tab and select Substrate Catalog.

   In the Substrate Catalog window, you can create new entries, edit entries, and manage the Substrate Catalog database.
