Administrators can set or modify size-related attributes when creating or editing a Substrate Catalog entry.

1. Open Substrate Catalog and do one of the following:

   • Click Add New in the toolbar.

   • To edit an existing catalog entry, select the entry and click Edit.

2. Click the Sizes tab.
3. Double-click the entry or click Edit.
4. In Size ID field, make sure there is an entry for the size you want to add or edit.
   Note: The Size ID is automatically generated by the Fiery server. You can modify the Size ID but must ensure that the Size ID is unique. An error message notifies you, if you have entered a duplicate Size ID.
5. In the Size Catalog drop-down menu, select a size for the Substrate Catalog entry.
   Note: If you choose a substrate size from the Size Catalog drop-down menu, the Size ID field will reflect the Size ID assigned to the selected substrate size. You can modify the Size ID, as required.
6. Select the Grain direction.
7. Add a Product ID as required and click OK. In the main Substrate Catalog window, select the Substrate Catalog entry and in the right pane, you can view the substrate size that has been added or modified. It is also displayed in the Sizes tab of the Substrate Catalog entry.
