Media Catalog is available from the Job Properties window in Command WorkStation.

1. Select a job and do one of the following:
   • Click Properties in the Actions menu.
   • Right-click the job and select Properties.
   • Click the Properties icon on the Job Center toolbar.
   • Double-click the job.
2. In the Job Properties window, click the Media tab on the left.
3. Select a media catalog entry from the Media Catalog list.

   The list displays media catalog favorites and media catalog entries associated with media currently loaded in a tray at the top of the list, followed by the remaining entries.

   To view the complete list of media catalog entries and their media attributes, click Select to open the Media Catalog window.

   In the Media Catalog window, you can filter the entries by media dimensions or search for an entry using the search field.

   The size id assigned to the media catalog entry is displayed in the Size ID list.
4. You can select a different size id or specify a custom size from the Size ID list.
