When you print a swatch book, you select one or more spot colors and a
layout.

In Spot Pro, select one or more spot colors.
You can hold the
shift key to select consecutive colors or hold the ctrl or command key to
select or deselect specific colors.
To select spot colors from multiple spot color libraries, drag the spot
colors from the internal spot color libraries to the custom spot color
section.

Click Print or right-click to select
Print from the menu.
Note: Depending on the Fiery server, you may have
a Print, Print to queue or
Send to printing option.

Select a patch size.
The size in shown in mm or inches based on the Command WorkStation regional
settings.

Select a chart size.
Custom chart sizes width and height can be defined between 5.0 inches and
39.37 inches.
The chart size will also be limited to the largest media that the printer or
press can handle.

Select a media or substrate source.

Specify the customer name and contact information.
In the Customer name and contact information field, you can specify up to
five lines of text with each line having a maximum of 35 characters. The
first line is reserved for the customer name.
The EFI logo and the manufacturer logo, where available, are printed.

Click Job Properties to specify additional print
settings.

Click OK to print a spot color swatch book.
If the chart size dimension is greater than the paper size available through the
paper source, a warning message will appear and the OK button
will be disabled.
The job appears as a
multiple page PDF file in Command WorkStation
Job Center. In the printed job, the spot color name, and the CMYK color values are
printed under each color patch.
