Error messages
If an issue prevents jobs from printing (for example, a paper jam), the Fiery server or the printer may display an error message. If multiple errors occur simultaneously, the most critical error appears first. After you resolve the first error, the next error appears.
The following are examples of error messages that may appear:
- Check printer power and cable connections
- Printer serial communications lost
- Printing suspended
- Printer front door open
- Toner empty
- Paper jam
- Check your network connection
- Check your gateway/router configuration
- Unstable connection. Check your network environment
