Move jobs to another queue

You can move or drag jobs to the Processing or Printing queue from the Held, Printed, and Archived queues. Additionally, you can specify that a job be printed and then removed from the queue.

Select any job from the Held, Printed or Archived queue, click Actions and select one of the following:
  • Print - Sends a job to Printing queue.

  • Print and Hold - Sends the selected job from the Held, Printed or Archived queue to the Processing queue if the job is not processed, or to the Printing queue if it is processed. After printing is completed, a raster of the job is kept when it is returned to the Held queue.

  • Print and Delete - Sends the selected job from the Held, Printed or Archived queue to the Processing queue if the job is not processed, or to the Printing queue if it is processed. After printing is completed, the job is deleted. Use this option if you want to print a job securely and ensure that jobs are not archived on the Fiery server.

  • Hold - Sends a job to the Held queue.

  • Print Next - Sends a selected job to the top of the Printing queue without interrupting the job that is currently printing.

  • Rush Print - Sends a selected job to the top of the Printing queue and immediately prints the job, interrupting the job that is currently printing.

  • Proof Print - Prints a single copy of a job to verify output. This option is not available for archived jobs.

  • Process and Hold - Processes a job but does not print it.

  • Archive - Archives the job to the Archived queue.

You can also select a job in one of the queues and drag it into another queue.
