You can delete output files, preview files, temporary files, spot color tables, all jobs from the job list, and log files to free up space on the hard disk.

1. In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Server, and then click Maintenance.
2. Do one of the following:

   • Select the items you want to delete.

   • Click Delete All to delete all file types.

3. Click Delete Now.
