You can save your printer configuration, including all workflows and all media, in a single file.

1. In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Printers, right-click a printer name, and then click Save as Environment.
2. Type an environment name (optional).
3. Select the save location.

   By default, the environment is saved to the desktop. To choose a different location, click Choose and browse to a new destination.

4. Click Save.
