To configure a bidirectional communication between print MIS device, Command WorkStation and printer, you must activate JDF communication in the software.

1. In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Server, and then click Server Info & Configuration.
2. Under General settings, enable JDF communication by clicking Start.
