Create a universal verification schedule
A universal verification schedule is performed on a specific workflow, but the verification result applies to all other workflows. If the printer fails verification on one workflow, it is likely to fail on others. Using a universal verification schedule reduces verification effort over time.
For example, if you have two workflows that aim for slightly different color output but use the same media and ink, a universal verification could apply to both workflows. You can also use universal verification to assess printer stability on one media, even when the associated workflows use different media.
