Your data source must use the correct encoding so that RTL text, including column headers, imports correctly.

1. Create or open your Excel or CSV data source file containing the RTL variable data.
2. Save the file with UTF-8 encoding with BOM (byte order mark).
   Note: UTF-8 with BOM encoding is required for reliable import of RTL content. If encoding cannot be determined automatically, Fiery FreeForm Create prompts you to confirm the correct encoding.
3. Verify that both column headers and cell values that contain RTL text display correctly in your spreadsheet application before importing.
