If you have administrator privileges, you can reconfigure a port if the current port is already used by another application.

1. Type Fiery Print Support in the Windows search field.
2. Click the Home icon.
3. Click Port configuration.
4. Type the port number in the New port field.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click Save.
