The following actions cannot be done in Mixed Media for 1-up perfect binding.

• Inserting pages before, between, or after the document pages whose content is allocated for the cover.

• Inserting any pages outside of what will be the finished, bound book.

• Inserting any pages that physically split the cover.

• Specifying media of different sizes in one job. The media size selection for New Page Range and New Insert is limited to the same size as the body signature.
