Tracking status of EFI Cloud Connector

The following list describes different tracking staus of a printer on EFI Cloud Connector:
  • Active: Printer is actively sending data to your EFI IQ account.
  • In Progress: Printer is being onboarded to your EFI IQ account.
  • Duplicate: Printer is already connected to your EFI IQ account by another EFI Cloud Connector.
  • Denied: EFI IQ denied the request to initiate tracking.
  • Removed: Printer has been removed from your EFI IQ account. Please contact EFI IQ support team to start tracking this printer again.
  • Passive: EFI Cloud Connector is not sending data to your EFI IQ account.
