You can update the quantity of reserve and available ink bottles in the existing IQ Ink Assistant inventory.

1. In IQ Ink Assistant, click Update inventory.
2. Select Adjust in stock.
3. If necessary, search for an ink type by typing the ink name, part number, or printer model in the search boxes of the respective columns.
4. Update the following details as required:
   • Available bottles: Total quantity of the ink bottles available in your current stock
   • Keep in reserve: Minimum quantity of the ink bottles that you want to keep in stock
5. Click Save inventory. The existing inventory is updated.
